My getting rid of detox symptoms....IP6 & Iodine.......

Last week the combo of 50mg's of Lugol's and 3.2g's of IP'6 was kicking my butt. Very tired and sleepy. I could nap each hour if I could find the time. Did not matter how much I slept the night before. Sooo tired and achey and even the bottoms of my feet hurt.

I reasoned that I was not moving the toxins on out of my body fast enough. I already drink 100+ ounces of salty water (pink salt and juice of one lemon). BM's are usually 1-2 per day. Starting last Sunday, I did a vitamin C flush and since then I take enough vit-C to keep my bm's loose, but not diarrhea. I also added daily Watermelon and juicing the rind and drinking a glass full each morning and each night. Supposed to help the kidneys. The rind juice is an acquired taste, by the way. Not bad, but not too tasty either. Thinking of adding stevia or xylitol.

I have more energy that I have had in years. I am 64 and work in the sun 10 hours daily. I still get hot, but none of the feeling totally drained at the end of the day. Temps have been in the low 90's with a heat index of 100+ each day. I am off work on Fridays and usually have to take the day to recuperate from the working all week. Not so today. AND I do seem to sleep less. I feel like doing a bunch today and my feet do not hurt any longer.

I do thank the people on this forum. My knowledge comes from many of you. A tidbit here, a tidbit there and learning from y'all's experiences.

Gotta go. Need to hit the bathroom.....................
