Question about this: "He does say its never good to be completely tilted upside down because even that will put pressure on all the joints and spinal column." What is the difference between being completely tilted upside down on an inversion table and doing a head stand in yoga? Which is done for as long as you are able to hold that pose.
I need the wall, when I do a head stand...in this time. I do remember being a kid though and doing them for extended periods. Whodda thunk it was so good for you :D?
