I'd like to hear more about your gums covering that area again, because my doctor told me gums don't grow back over areas they've receded from. I have apparently been overbrushing my gums for years and have worn them away from several teeth. Maybe the tiny cracks are from something you had in your mouth that you didn't know was hurting your gums, something hard or sharp? Any fish bones or shell pieces or something crunchy you ate? I can't think of it at the moment, but there's something I don't eat a lot of despite enjoying it because it hurts my mouth when I chew it up...
