Question for BGataker

I've been trying to order the Control herbs from Pharma Control but am unable to because they only list the US states in their order form and I live in Canada. I am wondering if they sell to Canada. Does this mean I have to become a member of Paypal and order through them. I am very unfamiliar with all this (as you can tell).
