I think last night's bath did some good, because I slept well, woke up easily and didn't feel tired. With the help of my trusty feline friend, I got up early and ran my bath at 4:30 am before anyone else was awake, commandeered the hot water-and had a nice 10 minute hot bath. I skin brushed, then sprayed myself with H202 while waiting for the tub to fill. I used the recipe for Bath 1 with H2O2. Next time I will use duct tape to cover the over-flow drain to keep the water at a high level. It went well. The most intense part of it for me was the freezing cold water. I could see why one would be tempted to skip it, but my distaste for detox symptoms won out over my dislike of freezing cold water. I did it. Maybe I'll get used to it, and even come to enjoy it (yeah maybe).
