skin smells like oil...

my skin smells like the discharge from an acne. what i mean is, when i rub my skin i get this horrible gross oil smell, that i cant describe but hope some1 knows wat im talkin about. like when i pop an acne, the white discharge, the smell of that....well that smel is given off all over my body...does any1 know wat kind of sign is that?
