has a great enema bucket, and organic coffee grown just for enemas. The bucket is easier to clean than an enema bag, and you can see how much is left in there. Good luck!

Lying on my left side, I put the tube 12 - 14 inches up in there, and let the 101 - 103 degree coffee out to the count of 6 or so each shot. It can take around 15 minutes to get all 4 cups of coffee in there. Then I lie there for another 20 min. before letting it out.
