What protocol did you use? Did you use Epsom Salts ?
Was the enema a coffee enema? I haven't done an enema after a flush and was wondering if I should.
I've done 5 flushes using Dr. Clark's protocol. The Epsom Salt is so hard on me though. I usually get
out about 100 stones. I am so cleaned out after the es I can't imagine needing an enema.
