help with weight loss

hi, ive been suffering with hs now for 8 yrs and am now stage 3 none of the drugs or Antibiotics ever worked for me... but now ive got a bigger problem due to not being able to excersise very much (apart from a 10min walk anything more and im in agony for days....) ive gained alot of weight and i am trying everything to get it off as im getting married in the carribean in march and cant find anything thats working for me please does anyone have any advice?
