Yes. But the answer is not as simple as "eat raspberry leaves, pop some IP6, drink some iodine, and munch rose hips." Even if it were, folks to whom these materials seem esoteric, and are unknown to them will greet the secrets with aversion, which is why this tacit information is not assimilable by the masses. I've tried the explanations of the truth, but people's eyes glaze over really quickly at that, it is as if the masses are not intended to be capable of assimilating or understanding the information. They're not prepared, because they've been programmed to be coddled by the Big Tit of governmnent since the moisture evaporated from behind their ears.

Only those who've been rinsed of the brainwashing , for the various reasons we've seen people writing in on these boards explain why they came here, are capable of beginning. And from there, it is a long journey.

Walking through walls requires much preparation. Explaining how takes the same effort. Those who aren't ready, can't be taught, any more than a person who is not ready to skydive can be coaxed to jump out of an aeroplane !
