If you've identified
Sugar as a culprit in a health issue, why are you still consuming it?
Most sweets also have a high fat content, which if it's processed foods, it's lousy oils for your body and is probably triggering the gallbladder attacks.
Lots of reading helped me formulate my personal holistic lifestyle plan:
#1. I drink PURE water, organic juices, HERBAL teas using my distilled water ... 1/2
oz per pound of weight daily as a minimum.
#2. I eat organics, most of it raw and supplement with orgainc, unrefined, cold pressed oils (personally, I've settled on the low end of the 3-5 tablespoons a day)
#3. I'm doing the cleanses, doing them in order, doing them THOROUGHLY.
