Its my experience that the humaworm deworming method (using a herbal combination in pill form) is fairly hard on the liver.

It seem to do the trick for quite a few people, but personally i found it constipating me. Thats something that MH's/Barefoots dewormer didnt do in my case

The humaworm product has milk thistle in it, which might explain this constipating action since you really cant use a detox herb when the persons liver is still clogged with stones. Tweet
