The main concern while exercising in hot weather on or off the MC is hydration. If you're gonna "power walk" or run in the heat you should be drinking half your body weight in oz of water daily in addition to the lemonade. Always take some lemonade with you when exercising
in case you feel light headed. Some folks will also do a tblsp of Blackstrap molasses before they exercise for an additional energy boost,
