I just wanted to say THANK YOU for this post! I've been researching this stuff for SO long and have come across very few people who are hopeful, upbeat and who don't seem to go totally overboard with everything. Like you, I am trying to take a common sense approach. I am also just eating healthy and cutting way back on the sugar. I've seen some good results from the stuff I'm doing, too, despite the fact that I haven't taken a radical approach. The things you said about alkalyzing were interesting. I've read about that but haven't really done any of it. I am seeing a Osteopath/Nat Med Dr and surprisingly he's never mentioned it. So do you test yourself to see what your PH is? You said you take calcium to alkalyze, is that the easiest way to do it? I am not currently taking calcium.
