I have a bottle of M6 by NaturPharm, that my naturopath prescribed to me, to help with digestion.

He recommends taking it with meals, but the bottle recommends either 1/2 hour before meals or 2 hours after. Do you guys have any input on this? I do trust my naturopath, but I'm unable to contact him about this issue at the moment.
