Sure, that may be enough for you.
I have used the SCIO to see how my need for Boron is and here is one of those posts:

It took +9mg per day to bring that under control. That said; since I switched to the more expensive kind Boron Citrate I need far less. IMO once again a malabsorption issue with me...
