I use a model A from JW labs
I used their general alignment CD
which is 3 to 20hz 1 min each then 33 hz - 95 hz 1 min each then 404hz- sweep to 33hz then 33hz-404
also 383-550 hz 500. 600, 700

as for the herbs these are exclusive to Acupuncturist because they will vary slightly based on your TCM diagnosis they are not very expensive 10 to 15 a bottle. See an Acupuncturist and get the full TX along with your rife TX it would be preferable to find someone versed in Rife but good luck w/ that depending on where you are at. Treatment runs usually $60 to $70
generally speaking allergies are easy to clear if you stick with the treatment for 2 to 4 weeks
