Question about FLUTTERING in the stomack

When I sneeze I feel pretty distinct fluttering in lower part of a stomack. It used to happened around my lower ribs, but now fluttering is much more down.

It's almost like a baby kicking sometimes (after I sneeze).

What could produce such sensation?
