fiber- you need more


you need 35 grams per day. apples are high in fiber. there is also fiber pills/mixes. drink ginger tea and keep taking probiotics for 8 weeks at least.
ginger tea will help tone the colon,keep you hydrated. it takes at least 8 weeks for muscles to start to respond. but always eat at least 35 grams of fiber. you will need a bit more water if you take dry fiber as oppose to apples etc.
