i put liquid ionic trace minerals in everyhting i drink. try eating some nori seaweed its yummy.
lunch ideas
home made vege soup (i reheat at work)
home made gluten free flat bread filled with salad stuff, by the way almond butter spread on the bread with the salad fillings is yummo, i also make homemade pesto without the cheese and heaps of garlic as a spread,
carrot, clelery, red peppers sticks dipped in hummus
natrural yoghurt with flax oil cinnamin or nutmeg, and ground LSA
vegetable pizza....make flat bread (gluten free).. spread heaps of pesto, grated carrot, red and green peppers, heaps of onion, eggplant, swirl with olive oil and heaps of herbs ie sage, rosemary, basil, bang in the oven and check some times you need a dash more oil on top to keep the top moist its yummo (you could make this in the morning and take to work for lunch)
