In the USA, we get our weather forcast from the likes of Wright Patterson Airforce Base and all of the weather controling sqaudrons from coaste to coast, they know the weather 7 days in advance.

The jets lay down the cover and you can watch how the jets work as the weather man predicts our weather, they are seldom wrong. With the aid of the HARRP systems around this world, they have been bragging for many years now that we can produce earth quakes and hurricains, etc.. on command and do so mostly in the name of good or all; big brother believes by doing so, they release the pressures from within the earth and are preventing the SUPER KILLER vocanoes.
