thick clear mucus?

Hi everyone,

For about 12 years now i've suffered with congestion in my sinuses. Im blowing my nose all the time during the day and the mucus is clear and thick with loads of little bubbles in it? I produce the same mucus through phlegm.
I have been for a test on the sinuses and it came back clear, have had various nasal sprays/anti-histamine tablets to the point that the doctor said 'theres nothing else i can do for you'!
It makes my breath smell also which is a nightmare scenario.
So i was wondering does anyone else suffer from this? im at a loss as where to turn next?
