Re: grapefruit seed extract

I ve never tried Grapefruit-Seed-Extract with oil pulling but oregano oil another antifungal.

I only use it when I feel candida is winning over.
oil pulling will pull out the toxins. O.O. will kill the fungus on the premices.

I find it uttlery more interesting to use the o.o. capgel in rotation with the Grapefruit-Seed-Extract tablets then using them in the oil pilling,... therefore I find the tablets and capgel easier to use.

I've never tried Grapefruit-Seed-Extract on it liquid form.... but Gee! o.o. on its liquid form is nothing you would want to swallow unless diluted in a huge amoung of water.
