Re: post cleanse

I am north of Houston, but live out in the country so
mud is a huge issue and our road is washed out. We
mowed the lawn a month ago and its been rainy ever
since. Our grass is green and high~!

I had planned to break and be eating something by
the fourth of July anyway but will go back and do
juice fasting. My daughter is coming for a week
visit in August and I will most likely take her to
eat in some special places, but for the most part,
I plan to cook some really snazzy healthy meals.
She will eat almost anything I fix so it will be
fun to cook with her and for her. Most likely after
she leaves and my brother is planning on visiting
too, I will go on a juice fast. Most certainly I
will drink the lemonade post-cleanse. It's benefit
will mostly be that it is a good cayenne delivery
system. As far as it functioning as a real cleanse
it will not. I can really recommend using good
plant-based oils post cleanse to keep your appetite
from overcoming you. Coconut is great and I have
switched to cooking with it and eating it. It also
keeps yeast at bay which is an added benefit. I
could feel a huge difference when I began using it
so will stick with it. I also like hemp which I
take with my liquid Source of Life vitamins each
morning.

I have really enjoyed this site since many of the
recipes can be adjusted and there are so many healthy
options. The raw site Pepe offered is also wonderful.

I also subscribed for some raw newsletter/recipes
so that will help keep me focused...ggg.

I bought lots of stuff but was also careful not
to overbuy since it can be discouraging to trash
veggies. So, the game of juggling ideas and perhaps
I may even need an actual menu to keep me focused,
but being creative about cooking and finding balance
too since I doubt I have had my last beer or piece
of barbeque chicken~!

For me, it was mostly about enlarging my recipe
ideas since I had really gotten tired of the same
old healthy dishes...hee hee...

I wish you the best and certainly, we can encourage
each other since post cleanse is another hurdle
emotionally to stay focused. It never ends but you
can keep it a positive trend~!

many blessings,
Zoe
