Re: BEER makes me breath out a bad smell the next day
Hey I have the same problem as you, the only difference being that the smell comes from my body as well, and I also have nasty farts. For the last year or so I have gone through a trial and error process to see what foods I can eat without getting that stinky breath and gas, etc. and what I've found is that it matches up exactly with the candida cleanse diet. What I'm saying is if you start eating a ton of vegetables(make yourself up a giant container of salad and eat some with every meal), and stick with poultry and fish for protein and brown rice for carbs, you will not only have better smelling breath, but you'll feel a lot better too. And stick with granny smith apples for a snack and only purified water to drink. Drink lots of water. I stuck with this diet for one month and after about 3 days my breath smelled good all the time. Now I brush my teeth before I go to bed and my breath will stink when I wake up. And when I eat pork or drink liquor the stench on my breath is instantaneous. I also get horrible hangovers from booze, I'm guessing it's from all the by-products produced by the bad bacteria.
My theory is that through poor diet and drinking and smoking and whatever else I've allowed this bacteria to thrive, whether it is candida or something else. Either way this is the only solution that I've found that has materialized into something positive for me, even though I am not cured. And I'm not nay-saying anyone elses cures, I'm just saying they haven't worked for me personally. I hope this helps. Good luck.
