polyphasic sleep = cure?
I have been eating a raw vegan diet with pasturized cheeze 1-2 times a week, & eat mostly fruit & have eated very light & been fasting 5-7 days & eaten 5-7 days for 1-2 mounths now, & still I will only have great energy while fasting!
so now I have discovered that it is my sleep that is a real problem & I have to make it efficient enough! so I have started to adapt to sleeping 20-30 minutes every 4-5 hours (I usually fall asleep in 5 minutes (& sometimes directly!) & I set the clock for 30 min unconditionally, so I will get like 5 minutes more sleep if Im more tired).
with this your unconscious mind will adapt to get into REM sleep directly & it will rest you a lot more efficiently!
so this sleep habit is for people that wants to get more efficient sleep & for people that wants to save a lot of time! (you sleep 2-3 hours on this sleep habit)
the first week you will be a zombie, so maybe fasting should make it easier (I have not fasted all the time on this sleep habit, when I tried I was zombyfied! but if you are on your 4:th day it should work fine).
but if you aren't a self-motivated & creative person, you will get bored by being up while everyone is asleep.
I also heard that most people that tries this will succeed.

& do not over-sleep! I have done this & it have slowed-down my adaption, so try to sleep at the right times & if you are very sleepy take an extra nap (but never exeed 30 min).
for me it is certainly a cure, & I assume that it whould be it for everyone by the fact that the more you get energy by breathing-exercises, barefoot walking on earth, normal exercises, positive thought & meditation & not from food & drugs, the cleaner of toxins you will be (as we have proof that calorie-restriction keeps different animals a lot more healthy (google it, or look at wikipedia.org)).
& also by getting less sleep you desire to increase the healthy substitutes!
