Costochondritis

Hello Dr. Sutter:

I have had a recurring problem with costochondritis on and off for the past 5 years. It's on my right side, and runs around to my back. I've had an ultrasound - no stones in the gallbladder, but I have a fatty liver and a cyst on the liver. I've liver flushed about 12 times now, which greatly reduced the horrible pain. When I started I was a 9 scale in pain. Now it's intermitten, but it's still there on and off.

I was wondering if I have something else? About 6 years ago I had shingles that were in the same area.

I used to be very stressed, but I am no longer. I don't think it's bracing.

I exercise almost every day for 30 minutes. Mostly cardio.

These days I eat organic (very little red meat). I take minerals (zinc, selenium, magnesium, niacin). I have done colon cleanses and a parasite cleanse. I take bee pollen and royal jelly everyday. I have been taking Iodine supplements for aobut 3 months, with good result. I recently started on IP6.

Do you know anything about Costo? Have you ever treated it?
