starting humaworm afraid of superparasites

In March of this year I started using the colonix program with the Paranil. I used it for the month of March and then stopped because it was not working for me. I was hoping that it was just a fluke and started using it again half way through the month of May and some part of June. It still wasn't working so I stopped. I guess my question is, is it OK to start using Humaworm right away or should I wait 90 days or whatever to avoid super parasites. I have used a month and and a quarter of Paranil in this time frame.
