hello, i really don't know if this is new or even normal but it seems like it's becoming a real problem or getting worse. At night in bed i now am forced to sleep on my stomach. If i lay on my back or even my side for about 1 minute i get very light headed. The symptoms are similar to a panick attack. A couple days ago after laying on my back for about 3 minutes i felt nausea and rushed to drink some pepto. I had to sit up for about 10 minutes before the nausea feeling went away. Probably 4 or 5 month s ago i started noticing very minor signs when laying on my back without elevation (head support). but the minor signs took like an hour to appear now laying on my back with 5 pillows still causes a rushy/dizzy/fainty feeling in less than 2 MINUTES. So now i'm forced to sleep on my stomach which is a lil uncomfortable but atleast i can sleep. during the day if i bend over real quick or stay bent over for a couple minutes i'll get dizzy but that could be regular.

it just feels like my head is full, something fluid like, if i make my chin touch my chest i can actually feel something (fluid like, thickish, like mucous or fluid hopefully not blood) draining down. if i rub my forehead intensily for about a minute my eyesight will be blurry for about 30 seconds but it feels so good to rub my forehead it feels relieving almost like i'm loosening up the fluid or whatever it is. Other symptoms---i get light headed very easily, sometimes while driving, 2 co-workers told me a couple months ago that my face looked swole, i shrugged it off thinking it's weight gain. i've probably gained 25lbs in the past 4 months. i work a phsyical job, don't eat too much but don't seem to lose much weight anymore. examining myself my cheeks look very puffy.

I also have a swollen lymph node under my ear, it's been here for almost 2 months. my nose feels slightly stopped up but not much, i don't think my smell sense is even 60%. my eyes at times feel heavy.

i don't have much money nor insurance right now to go to the dr. does anybody know what my problem may be? any remedies, herbs or otc's? thanks

i forgot to mention
