Yeah, that makes sense. By dousing a tampon with the povidone, then the body will absorb the amount of Iodine it needs from the tampon!!!

I posted earlier that when I was having menstruation cycles, I stopped using tampons when I realized that my periods lasted a whole day less when I used only the sanitary napkins! They don't call tampons "plugs" for nothing.

I would never advise anyone to use a tampon for a menstruation flow! (It's not called a flow for nothing! Allow the flow!

However, for this purpose, and when you're not menstruating...
