A Different Liver Cleanse!

OK, so I have done a number of the GB/Liver flushes with the olive oil/sodium/apple juice, I usually do the Dr. Kelly version and it works very well, and I have gotten out many stones.

I just wanted to report a different liver cleanse.  It actually cleanses the liver, kidney, and intestines.  I guess it really is a cleanse, not just a flush like I had been doing.  It is a 21 day program and I have 2 days left!  I actually did very well and experienced a lot of different things.  First, I lost a ton of weight, mostly in my stomach.  A total of 13 pounds.  That was a lot for me to lose.  I had all sorts of weird things moving through my body, like phantom pains that would last for a day in one area and then be gone.  Also had headaches that were mild the first couple of days, even though I drink no caffine and never have.  I think it all helped to pull lots of chemicals out that were in different tissues in my body.  After the 4th day I had no more carb/sugar cravings at all, that is what I like best about it.  The program consists of eating fruits and vegetables and some supplements that target the different phases of liver detox. 

I am honestly not trying to sell anything and when you check this info out you will understand how I am not.  The cleanse, called the "Purification Kit" is from a company called Standard Process.  This company has been around for about 80 years and has 1,000 acres of organic farmland in WI, USA in which they make all their whole food supplements from.  The thing is, they only sell their products through doctors, or I should say, holistic doctors like chiros and nutritionists, etc.  So its not that easy to get this cleanse unless your practitioner carries their professional line in their office. If anyone else has done this program, please post me back, I would love to hear what you experienced.  I am totally amazed at how the body works and I have learned so much from this forum.  I have struggled with quite a few ailments including skin cancer in the past and I am determined to stay healthy!  The cool thing is, with only 2 days to go, I really do not want to change from my current eating of fruits and veggies and lean protein 1-2 times a day.  I have no desire at all to eat carbs!  So I am hoping to keep the weight off because of this :)
