TESTIMONIAL ~ Pauses in Iodoral Supplementation

I am currently on 50 mg Iodoral a day.
No headaches, a few itchy pimples here and there, coming up one by one every three-four days.

Since I reached the 50 mg/day level I have stopped taking my Iodoral for two days twice. 2 week-ends when I forgot to take the bottle with me.

On both occasions I had a flare-up of pimples on my breasts and arms/hips on the second day of no Iodoral. But no more extra pimples showing up when I started taking my Iodoral again.
I also lost 2lbs both times, on the same day as the pimple flare.

I just wonder if continuous supplementation at this level did not stop my body dumping the toxins (overload of some knd?). Maybe it would be more effective to be on 4 Iodoral a day for the week, and stop at the week-end to encourage the stuff that goes out via pimples to go away?

Just an idea.
