I am also experiencing this, but am not on Lugol's at the moment.
I took Lugol's from April 9th to May 9th, and was on detoxified
before that. On 5/9 I took a 3-week break from any iodine, and
now am back on detoxified. Did 8 drops this a.m. and am going
to keep upping it by one drop and see what happens. Not sure
am going back on Lugol's. I have gained weight in my abdomen,
waist, and upper back--not pleased. This is also new for me.
In all I've gained around 9 lbs., considerable as I am only
5'2.5". I had lost 14 lbs. last summer while doing a 30-day
juice fast. Am about to start another one in a week, after
Liver Flushing and coffee-enema-ing. Tweet
