I think you mean Manayupa. That's a great herb from Peru for cleansing.
But for dissolving calcified stones in the kidney or gallbadder Chanca piedra (Portuguese) or Quebra pedra (Spanish) is the first choice. That herb is well known in Brasil and to my knowledge not so in Peru.
