** For those seeking answers...

Just an FYI to those seeking health AND those that may need understanding as well due to the mass of confusion out there...

I posted this in response to Corinthian's post on "diabetes" in the debate forum...

Please read the whole thing and at least a few of the accompanying links.

It may begin to help you better interpret ML's posts if you follow what I have discovered on my own over the years through study. It helps a little that I majored in biological sciences and worked in a genetics lab for almost three years (and kind of understood what was going on), but the information is available... even on traditional medical and college/university web sites. I am really rusty being out of it so long, but perhaps I understand it a little better than most due to my background.

ML appreciates those who are willing to think ("think for themselves" is how he puts it) on their own. Start thinking... and get/be well. He also appreciates those who are willing to change their ways... remember that one cannot continue to do the same things and get well. One must be willing to change behaviors, habits and diet. The more ones environment may be detrimental, the harder one may have to work on diet. Take control of what you have control over... yourselves.

In addition, there are, on occasion brilliant posts on curezone by those that understand and state that, "health correction takes time". I was 49 when I stumbled on curezone, after about 4 months or so of recognizing the need for change in my life and making those changes... I started on my own in the face of strong opposition and adversity, including a very polluted city.

I am still making definitive progress (now into tissue regeneration and repair), however I feel better than I have in a good 15 years or more and look easily 5 - 10 years younger (I am told so) in just that period of time. It has not taken weeks (it has taken years) as in the case of surgery or a pill, but it was not just a temporary change, the alleviation of symptoms, nor did it cause more harm than good as happens with surgery and pharma pills. My point is not to expect change over night, it is NOT going to happen. You know the answers, and they are simple...

Just do it! thanks to Nike for that phrase.
