A vegetarian that eats eggs is called an ovo-vegetarian, though honestly if you eat chicken you're not a vegetarian. If you don't consume meat but only seafood you're a Pescetarian. If you only consume bird meat you're a Aviatarian.

You're what's called a "Pesco-aviatarian", because you eat seafood and chicken. But you're not vegetarian.
