I have a Bad Facial Odor can u help?

This is my first time posting so her we go.

Well I have an nasty odor coming from the crease between my lower lip and my chin. and also from the sides of my nose. I hase the smell of stinky cheese as best I can describe. Yeah NASTY! I don't know why , what it could be from but I need to get rid of it! I am afraid to even kiss my wife and child or get to close to other people for fear of the smell and it is starting to make me very self conscience in a negative way. Is there anything I can od?
