I don't know in ca but i think they're worth the $. Do the diet!It's hard I know...I'm having a hard time with it myself. I keep cheaitng, not good! MY friend had reoccuring yeast infections for years and nothing worked except for the candida diet :) She's on month 4 so far and no yeast probs down there. She went through some rouhg die off but she's says now she didn't think she could feels this good. Remeber the diet isn't forever it's just until you rid yourself of the candida and feel better but most swear the feel so great they won't go back to their old ways of eating :) Are you taking an antifungal and a good probiotic?
