Lugol vs. Dr. Clark's iodine

Hello all:

This post is not intended to knock down any body or put someone on a pedestal. These are my personal experiences, I thought it may help others seeking alternative healing.

I had started taking Dr. Clark's Iodine and had great results, especially first day of taking it was a turn around for me. I was having real bad chest pains and high BP kind of symptoms and low basal temperatures. It all vanished in one day of taking iodine. After a while I learned about Lugol's and started taking that when I was taking 20 drops of Dr. Clark's iodine. I started with ten drops of Lugol's because the drop is much bigger than Dr. Clark's(small aperture at the end of the bottle vs. a glass dropper with Lugol's) and the fact that it is 5% Iodine and not 2%. I felt great. I am at 16 drops of Lugol's a day and no detox symptoms.

Now my skin that used to be good but dry in many areas is like a baby's bottom(no kidding). People have been asking me if I have done something to my face (I do not use anything but water), I look younger, which somehow I do not see, but feels good when someone says that to you. My reflux has improved a bit, still need to work on that. I am getting less emotional about small things that use to bug me before.

Lastly, my concentration has improved quite a bit so I accomplish a lot more in a day compared to Iodine less days.

Thank you CZ family.
