My menstrual cycle has been irregular ever since I had my son back in 2002.
Every month, the start time is different. At one point, my monthly would begin...at the end of the month.
Now, I have no idea when it starts. I've been having cramps for a couple of days now. My discharge is milky white, with a mucous consistency.
I haven't been to a GYN doctor in a while. I tried to make an appointment last month, but they're booked for the rest of the year!
I wonder what could be causing all these problems. I am looking for alternative ways to heal myself.
