I use herbal products from the guy at Ask Barefoot and have done the cleanses together with no problem.

You should do the first 3 for at least 7 days before starting on #4. You should make sure your channels of elimination are working very well before doing heavy metala, candida or juice fasting.

If you want to do them one at a time, that is the order.
