I'm glad I can start getting more specific instead of conducting my own experiments about what I should or shouldn't eat.
A general question: How do I know if I have Psoriasis or Seborrheic Dermatitis ? Is there a way to definitively diagnose this? The symptoms are so similar. Or is treatment for both so similar anyway that it's just worth going down the road of this regiment to get either of these conditions under control?
