I have wanted to try this for mine; but, the Iodine keeps rolling off of my finger. It doesn't help to use Qtip either; since that just soaks up the drops. I now have mixed a tiny bit of sesame oil with several drops of Iodine and push it back inside where it will not be so bothersome. It normally prolapses after BMs. Thank goodness mine are not painful as are yours. And not even this has worked. I've spent so much money on this thing.

Iodine is very good at eliminating hemorrhoids. We recommend using a form called SSKI (saturated solution of potassium iodide). Since it can cause a burning sensation, use it with a carrier oil such as flaxseed or olive. Mix 20 drops of SSKI in an ounce of oil and apply the solution to the affected area at bedtime. Because Iodine stains, wear bedclothes that you won't worry about (your skin will stain, but that will go away).

I've seen this in other reports too. Just Google SSKI and hemorrhoids. One even said the hemorrhoid will vanish overnight. Tweet
