Birth Control Pill, Acne and Accutane

Hi. I took Accutane 11 years ago and had perfect skin for 10 years. I'm now 26, and my skin has been breaking out for the past year with mild acne, leaving me, of course, very frustrated and upset. My dermo tells me i'm overly self-critical and that i have beautiful skin, but when you have perfect skin, and then wake up with red bumps and whiteheads for a year, you become critical.

I have changed my diet. I eat fish NON-STOP for the omegas. I drink loads of water, and I am changing from Ortho Tri Cyclen to Yasmin, because I read something about the inhibition of testosterine in Yasmin, lending credit to a potential lessening of acne. If this doesn't work, I am going to try and see if my dermo will put me back on Accutane. I know that there are a lot of nay-sayers to the drug, but I have no tolerance for those people. Everyone is looking for someone or something to attach blame, and the drug, in my opinion, simply isn't it for the depressed and lonely. So, if anyone has had had any experience with taking Accutane and then having to take it again after a period of time or birth control switches, please let me know.....I'd really appreciate any input. Oh, I also take vitamin A, C, Zinc, Potassium Supplements. Thanks, Molly.
