Thanks for the reply. Low fruit sugar? I try to eat at the very least 3 servings of fresh fruit...watermelon, pineapple, apples, oranges, strawberries, cantalope, bananas, grapefruit, blueberrie, etc. Are you saying to limit my fruit intake? I understand the alkalizing concept, but I would really try to eat a healthy Diet and fruit is a big part of that for me.
