That Strange Odor

Does anybody occasionally smell a strange odor, that nobody else around them can smell? It is sort of an unpleasant funky metallic smokey smell. What is causing this? Is there anything that should be done about it? Is there a colony of pathogens in my head that is expanding or dying off? How do I get them out? I had a strange dizzy spell this morning. Tweet
