Re: Can we evaluate and share any changes in our cycles during Iodine Therapy?

Wow...what a fascinating post. I maybe made a connection with my health thanks to everyones comments.

I am 35 and started having menopause symptoms at the age of 27 but nothing was diagnosed until I was 34. Put on BCP at age of 12 because I bled for 2 months straight...stayed on it until I got married at 31 because I thought it 'fixed' the problem. Now I know it wrecked my body's ability to make it's own hormones. I have PCOS, insulin resistance and am on 5 natural bio-identical hormones including progesterone DAILY because I need it. No babies thanks to the pill...

I have been on Iodoral for 3 months and just got some to paint on moles...I have painted 3 days in row and am pleased to see how it's already working on the mole.

But I was thinking I needed to up my progesterone because I have been having tiny pockets of moody/angry girl...maybe it's the 20 years or fake hormones leaving...man, it's going to take a lifetime to get rid of THAT!

Glad to know I am not alone...
:) AP
