bladder issues

For about 8 months now I have been having spasms down there that seem to come and go.....usually after urination, feels like I still have to go. It mainly happens at night...not painful just uncomfortable adn annoying. For the best 3 days I feel that my bladder is sensitive when I press on it or bend in a certain way ecspecially on the right side. I'm starting to get a little concerned. Can you help Dr. Dennis?????
