Re: Contadictory info- brush before OP or not?

I know that you definitely have to brush your teeth after OP and salt water rinse, but you can do both - before and after brushing if you want. You brush after OP because oil with saliva pulled toxins out of you and you want to get rid of them (whatever was left in your mouth after you spit).

What I usually do though before OP-ing - I clean my tongue with spoon.
