I'm very glad that you find this of interest. I have found it to be invaluable in my case. One very good thing too, is that the actual author of the site and some of the books mentioned, posts here in curezone, so if you have questions he will actually give you some personal input.

As I understand it from his bio, he has been working with hypoglycemics for many years. Also, most of his recommendations are natural, and things you can do on your own.
